It was previously announced as the mansion, however PA has now released the “Blue Maned Lion’s Manor”.

It is the first manor ever introduced, and was placed along the Eastern Border near Heidel in Serendia, thus making it easy for many to walk by and appreciate.

It was developed with a huge emphasis on expanding the content of decorating one’s residence and PA allocated a good chunk of the content to be available outside the manor, thus allowing players greater freedom to decorate all areas of their manor. Also, we deemed it only fitting to add a section for all things terrace-related, which we can decorate as well.

They’ve added a diverse selection of manor-exclusive furniture to choose from. Various items such as grass and flowers to liven up your own garden, different lighting to accentuate your manor’s majesty at night, along with a wide assortment of trees. They also added the so-called “Effect Objects” (i.e. Fireflies) to offer more meticulous ways to decorate your manor. With the aforementioned increased focus on outdoor decorations, they are planning to release additional furniture and objects of various concepts. We will also be able to host a concert in the garden, open up a mock-dueling circle, or even expand your fields into farms.

While they originally planned on granting the rights to rent the manor to only a select group of Adventurers, they’ve actually decided to remove that restriction and make this content available to everyone. We’ll still require an initial investment of 5 Contribution Points, along with a daily tax that will be paid to Serendia. They fee is currently 1 Million per day.

Capture and immortalize interactive moments with your buddies whilst performing the following activities in-game:

1. Reading (e.g. reading a book)
2. Negotiating (e.g. communicating with NPCs or fellow adventurers)
3. Drawing or equivalent (e.g. writing on a desk)
4. Watching the sunrise (e.g. looking into the horizon during sunrise in-game)
5. Guild and/or World Bosses
6. Lifeskill and/or PVE Combat

To optimize your rewards, please submit one entry per activity

Rewards

2 Points will be awarded for each submission unique to the aforementioned activities, with an attainable maximum of 12 Points per Member throughout the course of this event.

Participation Conditions

• Creative contents include (but are not limited to) SCREENSHOTS and ILLUSTRATIONS associated with Black Desert pertaining to the aforementioned activities.
• Members are entitled to ONE submission per category and a maximum of SIX submissions uniquely associated with each category.
• Only HIGH RESOLUTION creation(s) (e.g. ‘Remastered‘ or ‘Ultra‘ for screenshots) with the exclusion of WATERMARKS and NAMES shall be submitted in the Discord screenshots channel adopting following the format:

• Members are to submit their creation(s) by 7 November at 11.59pm (GMT +8). Entries submitted past the stipulated dateline shall not be honored.
• Failure to adhere to the conditions stated herein may render the corresponding rewards void. The Officers Chambers of Edge decisions are final.
